Register early. Class size may be limited.

Trafficware University offers courses through the Internet via a "webinar" format and on-site at various locations throughout the country. Many of the on-site courses are limited in class size, so register as soon as possible to ensure your participation. In the event a course is full, your name will be placed on a list to take advantage of a possible opening. You will be notified if an opening becomes available.

  1. Click on the course you want to take.
  2. Confirm date and location.
  3. Click on "Register Now"
  4. Click "Checkout"
  5. Fill out the information fields provided.

If you find you cannot attend your reserved webinar or course, please email contact@trafficwareuniversity.com or call 510-526-5891 as soon as possible. This will allow Trafficware University to give you the proper credit and it frees a class space for a colleague on the Waiting List. Trafficware University reserves the right to charge the full fee for the course if proper notification is not received (see Refunds, Credits and Substitutions).

Each webinar fee includes one PDH certificate.  If additional attendees require a PDH certificate, addtional quizzes can be purchased at the time of registration.

Fees and Payment

Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, purchase orders, and checks.

Using a credit card

Register online and follow the instructions to use a credit card for payment.

Using a check

Register online and please add a comment that you will be mailing a check.  Please make check payable to Trafficware. Payment must be received within 3 business days prior to the event.

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent within two business days of receiving your paid registration. If you have not received confirmation of your registration one week before the webinar or course is scheduled to begin, call 510-526-5891, fax 281-240-0452, or email contact@trafficwareuniversity.com

Date or Location Change

Dates and locations are subject to change. In the event a date or location must be changed, every effort will be made to immediately contact participants with confirmed registrations. Notices of changes will also be posted on the website.  Please note, all start times are Eastern.

Course Cancellation

Trafficware reserves the right to cancel any webinar or course. Cancellations are rare, usually occurring 7-10 business days before the course was scheduled to begin. If a course is canceled, your fee will be refunded or credited towards another webinar or course. Trafficware cannot be held liable for loss of accommodation or travel deposits or fares due to cancellation of a course. Registered students will be notified immediately In the event of a course cancellation. Notice will also be posted at www.trafficwareuniversity.com.

Refunds, credits and substitutions

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, less a $35 processing fee, you must notify Trafficware at least three (3) working days before a webinar is scheduled to begin. For courses that are a full day or more in length, you must notify Trafficware two weeks prior to the start of the course. Notification must be made in writing, sent by e-mail to contact@trafficwareuniversity.com or by fax to 281-240-0452. If your agency has paid by check, we will need your agency's federal tax ID number in order to process your refund

We are able to process a credit to your credit card within 60 days of the date of your initial transaction. After the 60 days, we may issue you a check instead.

Trafficware University offers three additional options in lieu of canceling a registration:

  1. You may transfer your registration to another webinar or course.
  2. You may receive a credit for the full amount, usable toward a future webinar or course.
  3. You may send a substitute in your place.

Class Waiting lists

If the webinar or course you want to take is indicated as FULL, you may add your name to the Waiting List by registering for the class and then clicking the "Wait List" button. We will notify you if a space becomes available, at which time you can complete your registration for the class.

Be sure to get your PDH credits

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) are typically recognized for quantifying contact time of instruction or presentation. It is the responsibility of each attendee to confirm applicability of subject material and/or acceptance of PDHs received. Trafficware University Courses are recognized by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers and Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board.  Be sure to include your FL or LA PE License Number when returning your completed quiz. 

A PDH certificate will be provided to the registered attendee upon successful completion of a course evaluation and passing the applicable quiz.  During the registration process, additional quizzes can be ordered for those that desire a PDH certificate. Each attendee will be emailed the necessary information after the completion of the webinar or course.
